Terms of service
Last updated: 9 May 2025 · Effective: 9 May 2025
These terms apply between you and SverigeProvet ("we") for use of the service at sverigeprovet.app. The service is a digital educational tool for preparing for Sweden's citizenship test (medborgarskapsprov). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Parties and the service
The service is provided by SverigeProvet. SverigeProvet is not officially affiliated with the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) or the National Agency for Education (Skolverket). All content is independently produced based on publicly available material.
2. Licence and account terms
A paid subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the full content on up to 2 devices simultaneously during the subscription period.
- The account is personal — you may not share your credentials.
- Account sharing beyond 2 devices per licence is a breach that may result in immediate account termination without refund.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Pricing and payment
Current prices are always shown on the pricing page. All prices include VAT (25 %) where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Right of withdrawal — Distansavtalslagen (2005:59)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase. Because SverigeProvet is a digital service delivered immediately on purchase, and because you expressly consent at checkout to the service beginning and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right expires when you begin using the paid content.
Voluntary 30-day guarantee: Beyond the statutory withdrawal right, we voluntarily offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of usage. Email hello@sverigeprovet.app from your account email to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via settings or the Stripe customer portal. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No subscription renews after cancellation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the service — text, questions, explanations, design and code — is copyright protected. Quotations and paraphrases from Sverige i Fokus (UHR/Skolverket) are used in accordance with the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729) §22 (quotation for educational purposes). You may use the content for your own personal study but may not copy, distribute, or sell it.
7. Disclaimer
We strive to keep the material accurate and up to date but make no guarantees. It is your responsibility to verify current information with UHR and Skolverket before the exam. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Dispute resolution — ARN and EU ODR
In case of a dispute we recommend you first contact us at hello@sverigeprovet.app. If we cannot resolve the dispute you may turn to:
- Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) — arn.se
- EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes not resolved through ARN shall be settled by Stockholm District Court as first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
